Whether your CrossFit season has just finished, or is close to finishing, now is the time for us to make some decisions as to we want the next year to look like. That process begins with the reflection process. Ed and Ant share some of the processes that they take their athletes and groups through at the conclusion of each year, which includes both a subjective and objective review of both training and competition(s).
We encourage you to take yourself through this process of self reflection, and write out your goals and priorities for the next year. We also recommend that you share these with someone who can help to probe you with more questions, or simply hold you accountable to the things that you said you’ll do. Let’s not allow this unique opportunity to learn and grow go to waste!
