Today, Ed and Ant sit down to discuss how to excel when it comes
to Competition. Having just finished hosting the Process
Programming Throwdown, a 3 week online competition, both Ed and Ant
identified that there were a few areas where athletes were falling
short. Whilst there are many different areas which contribute to
success on game day, they identified 3 areas where they feel that
people can implement some small changes, which can have a
significant impact on game day performance and long term
progress.
1. How to prepare for a workout/competition once you know the
workout
2. Game day strategies and execution
3. Performance review, reflection and analysis
Whether you compete or not, the majority of these points have carry
over into other aspects of life and other sports. We hope that you
