Today, Ed and Ant sit down to discuss how to excel when it comes to Competition. Having just finished hosting the Process Programming Throwdown, a 3 week online competition, both Ed and Ant identified that there were a few areas where athletes were falling short. Whilst there are many different areas which contribute to success on game day, they identified 3 areas where they feel that people can implement some small changes, which can have a significant impact on game day performance and long term progress.

3. Performance review, reflection and analysis
