THE PROCESS PODCAST

Mar 9, 2020

One of our goals with creating this podcast was to bring the community together - we want to create a platform for discussion on topics that interest YOU. To do this, periodically, we will be giving you guys the opportunity to send in questions that you would like us to dive into. Ed will be choosing 10 questions to answer in a quick fire style (3 minutes each question). We will also be choosing some questions to dive deeper in to: stay tuned!

This episode is sponsored by @barebells.hkg - get a chance to win your very own box of their newest flavour: the crunchy fudge, by heading over to the link in our @liveperformcompete Instagram bio!
We will randomly choose a winner on March 12!
