In today’s episode, Ed sits down once again with Health and Fitness coach, Olivia Park. In today’s episode, both Ed and Olivia share some of their recent explorations into stress management and the importance (and struggles) of ‘slowing down’. Today’s conversation revolves around the concept of stress management, and our fear of ‘stillness’, particularly for A-type individuals who are continuously pushing their limits in every aspect of life. The conversation also explores our struggles with ‘letting go’, ‘self-worth’ and ‘guilt’ when it comes to exercise.
