In this episode, Tammi shares some of the recent changes to her life, and how she has been navigating them. Through a lot of deep reflection and connecting with the people closest to her, she has emerged with some new perspectives on life. A part of her process included analysing her day, and taking note as to whether her tasks energised or drained her, and what her level of engagement was. This is a powerful tool that we can all apply in our own lives, and ultimately achieve the ability to achieve better balance!
